Service Cancellation

• Cancellation requests for research services or collaborations must be submitted in writing to our team at admin@levit8labs.in.
• Cancellations requested before the initiation of research work may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the terms of the specific agreement.
• Once research work has commenced, cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering work completed, resources allocated, and contractual obligations.
• Custom research projects and collaborations are subject to the terms specified in individual service agreements or contracts.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for research services will be processed based on the specific terms outlined in the service agreement or contract.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval, subject to banking procedures.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified.
• Partial refunds may apply for services where work has been partially completed, based on deliverables and milestones achieved.

Non-Refundable Services

• Completed research deliverables and published results
• Services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the service agreement
• Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
